The tournament schedule will follow the official agenda. Participants are required to complete registration before 9:30 a.m., as the opening ceremony and briefing will begin promptly at 9:30 a.m.
Please note that the Opening Ceremony may conclude earlier than expected. Therefore, all participants are required to arrive on time, as Match 1 will begin immediately after the ceremony.
Please be reminded that the agenda times are estimated, and rounds may start earlier or later depending on match progress.
The lunch break is fixed, and all participants must return on time to avoid delaying for next round.
Each group will have its own closing session once all rounds for that group are completed. To ensure smooth progress, participants are advised not to leave the tournament venue during match hours, except during the lunch break.
All important updates—including pairings, start times, and closing arrangements—will be announced through both the WhatsApp group and on-site announcements at the venue.
